Who Holds Guilford County Arrest Reports

The Greensboro Police Record of Charges/Arrests form illustrates the split. It covers GPD only, excludes the sheriff and State Highway Patrol, and directs official dispositions to the clerk. Confirm that the dated form is still accepted before use.
Contract towns add another routing layer. Summerfield reports begin with GCSO District 1 at 336-641-2300, eastern service uses District 2 at 336-641-2680, and Jamestown-area questions route through District 3 at 336-641-6691. State Highway Patrol, airport police, and campus departments keep their own reports even when GCSO performs the booking. The jail record does not transfer ownership of the arresting agency's file.
